Brookdale is seeking Medication Technicians (Med Techs/QMAPs) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider, observing and reporting responses to your supervisor.
- Ensure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications.
- Communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
Requirements
- Completion of required training/certification as per state regulations.
- Ability to observe and report responses to medication administration.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Certification as a Medication Aide/Tech.
