About The Position

Humana is seeking experienced Medicare Field Sales Agents to join their MarketPoint Career Channel Team. This is a field-based role requiring candidates to live in the designated territory (Osceola County) to serve the local community. As part of a collaborative team of 8-12 Medicare Sales Agents, you will work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director. The role involves building trust, educating individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings, creating meaningful connections through grassroots marketing and community events, and driving self-generated sales to meet performance goals. You will engage with customers through a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions, with face-to-face visits in prospective members' homes being a necessary part of the role. Requirements

  • Active Health Insurance License required.
  • Must live in Osceola County.
  • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes.
  • Experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.
  • Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).

Nice To Haves

  • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
  • 1+ years' experience selling Medicare products.
  • Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce & CRM.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
