Responsibilities

  • Make, receive, and document phone calls with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Independently manage surgeon schedules, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Obtain and follow up on insurance pre-authorizations.
  • Coordinate appointments, provide updates, and communicate pre-surgical instructions.
  • Work independently but collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in a medical office preferred.
