About the position

The Medical Sales Representative at Center for Vein Restoration is a part-time role focused on driving sales and educating medical practices about chronic vein disease. This position involves consultative selling, territory management, and building relationships with key influencers in the medical field to increase patient referrals and volume. The representative will work closely with the Regional Sales Director to develop strategies for success and will have opportunities for growth and commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results through superior consultative selling skills to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Increase new patient volume through field-based efforts and outbound communications to referring physician offices.
• Identify territory opportunities and challenges, developing and implementing strategies to influence new patient volume and referral growth.
• Communicate initial strategy for new pipeline opportunities and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to advance these opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Educate medical practices on CVR's services, clinical advances, and competitive differences.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision makers through office calls and educational events.
• Organize and execute CME events and other professional visibility opportunities with referring physicians and medical organizations.
• Manage territory effectively using CVR Sales application to prioritize account calls and activities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales-related or relevant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Ability to travel within Gilbert and Mesa territories.
