About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist for their Harrisonburg, VA location. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations. The Medical Receptionist will maintain a friendly, professional attitude, offer a "white glove" experience, and guide new patients through their intake process. Responsibilities also include collecting patient drug screen samples, maintaining daily financial records, coordinating with medical and clinical staff, and providing clerical and logistical support. Crossroads Treatment Centers is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to combat the opioid epidemic and help individuals achieve long-term recovery.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service

• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed

• Provide clerical and logistical support
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities
