About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with facial aesthetics experience to join our health and wellness practice in San Antonio, TX. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth and learning in a supportive environment dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. The ideal candidate will be service-driven, professional, and possess an artistic flair to connect with clients effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and consultations to patients regarding aesthetic treatments, weight loss programs, and hormone replacement therapies.
  • Order and analyze diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, etc.) to evaluate patient health.
  • Diagnose health conditions and illnesses, and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and overall wellness practices.
  • Promote good health practices and advance professional knowledge through ongoing education and research.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and suggestive selling skills to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with a supportive team to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Aesthetics, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Peptide therapy.
  • Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting (clinic, hospital, ER, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • A commitment to health promotion and maintenance, thoroughness in clinical skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program or an ABSNC-accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current state license, ACLS, and BLS certifications required.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) is necessary.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. is a plus.
