About the position
Bestica is seeking Medical Laboratory Technicians to provide essential laboratory services at Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms (NHTP) in Twentynine Palms, CA. The role supports the local mission through the Defense Health Agency's strategic sourcing program, serving active duty military personnel, their families, and eligible retired military personnel.
Responsibilities
- Provide laboratory services at Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms.
- Conduct tests and analyses on patient samples.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and safety standards.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results.
Requirements
- Certificate from a medical laboratory technician training program accredited by NAACLS or ABHES.
- Certification/registration by ASCP or AMT.
- One year of relevant experience in a laboratory setting.
- Basic Life Support Card from the American Heart Association.
