Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
• A commitment to high-quality work and a positive, ethical work environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in assembly or medical device manufacturing is a plus
• Leadership experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and package medical devices that impact lives
• Follow FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Quality System Procedures (QSPs) to meet the highest product standards
• Rotate between stations, meet production goals, and support your teammates
• Contribute ideas for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Maintain documentation and a clean, safe work environment
