About The Position

The Medical Call Center Representative is accountable for scheduling appointments, following and reinforcing all policies for case scheduling, and communicating information for each scheduled appointment. This role is also responsible for auditing and/or completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner. The representative must work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality and communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers, and superiors on a daily basis. Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent call center experience or customer facing role
  • Adaptable (for example; open to working different departments which they could be asked to do in some situations)
  • Attention to detail with data entry
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers and superiors on a daily basis
  • Ability to think quickly and react professionally
