Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties including check-in and check-out
- Oversee all calls, deliveries, and mail handling
- Maintain patient charts including filing, scanning, purging, and archiving
- Provide lab results under supervision
- Help meet fiscal goals
- Prepare patients by taking vital signs
- Draw blood and handle specimens
- Provide testing to patients
- Conduct patient interviews to gather medical histories
- Clean and prepare exam rooms
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have Medical Assistant Diploma
- Family Planning experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
