Responsibilities

• Learn and perform the Front desk registration customer process.
• Conduct Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment, Atrial Fibrillation, and blood test screenings according to company protocols.
• Collaborate with team members in driving the company van and managing equipment logistics.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate participants on products and services during screening events.
• Maintain a positive environment for team members and customers throughout the screening process.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomy/Emergency Medical Technician program or other related medical program.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to educate participants.
• Flexibility to work within a non-traditional schedule, including occasional Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and clear MVR for driving responsibilities.
