About The Position

Medical Assistant (3–5 Years Experience Required) Pay: $19.00–$23.75/hr + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends Are you an experienced, confident, and compassionate Medical Assistant looking for a role where your clinical skills truly matter? Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a strong MA who can step in with experience, professionalism, and a passion for patient care. We are seeking someone with 3–5 years of hands‑on MA experience who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced clinical environment and enjoys being a key part of the patient care team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (required)
• Strong clinical skills, including: Vaccinations, Phlebotomy, Medication knowledge, Clinical procedures
• Experience supporting providers during exams and minor procedures
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a positive patient experience
• Strong communication skills and comfort with EHR systems

Nice To Haves

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intakes, vitals, medical histories, and medication reviews
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, wound care, and diagnostic testing
• Administer immunizations and perform specimen collection
• Conduct EKGs and point‑of‑care testing
• Prepare, label, and process lab samples
• Maintain infection control and safety standards
• Support patient triage, care coordination, and follow‑up
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Document accurately in the EHR
• Manage scheduling, referrals, authorizations, and insurance verification
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
• Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive patient care
