About the position
At Monadnock Media Group, we help local businesses get wanted, get found, and get chosen. Our mission is to simplify a very noisy, complicated marketing world for small and medium-sized businesses in our community. We bring them real solutions that drive customers to click, call, visit, and search for their business. We're not looking for someone who has 'been there, done that' in media sales. We'd rather teach the right person our proven process than retrain someone with old habits.
Responsibilities
- Follow a proven sales system to help local businesses grow.
- Engage with local businesses to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
- Utilize training and support to develop sales skills and knowledge of advertising products.
Requirements
- Entry to mid-level experience in sales or a strong sales aptitude.
- A willingness to learn and follow a structured training program.
- A positive attitude and coachability.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous sales experience, particularly in a related field.
