About The Position

To be considered for the position, a resume must be uploaded. This role involves performing timely repair and routine maintenance, including preventive maintenance on equipment. The technician will deal with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs, using precision measuring instruments and electrical/electronic testing devices. Reading complex blueprints, piping, sketches, and schematics is required. The job also includes inspecting gearboxes, motors, belts, and other operating devices, checking fluid levels, lubricating bearings, replacing filters, and performing other maintenance actions following established checklists. Recognizing and diagnosing mechanical failures and determining corrective action, consulting blueprints, manuals, and parts catalogs are key responsibilities. The role requires the ability to work in high heat and cold environments, at heights, and in confined spaces, as well as the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Pipe repairs and welding/fabrication skills are also part of the role.

Requirements

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 1-2 yrs industrial maint. experience
• Ability to work on high heat and cold environments, heights, confined spaces.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
• Experience using power tools, saws, drills, impacts, grinder, etc.

Nice To Haves

• Technical school preferred.
• Welding and fabrication skills preferred.

Responsibilities
