Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and informing them about products and services.
• Promote sales through active discussions with guests and offering product recommendations.
• Understand and execute correct procedures for cutting, trimming, and boning meat and seafood.
• Operate various equipment safely and correctly, including slicers, grinders, and vacuum pack machines.
• Assist in training new Apprentice Meat Cutters.
• Complete assigned tasks to ensure the successful operation of the Meat/Seafood Department.

Requirements

• Proven experience in meat cutting or a related field.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Physical capability to perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with customer service in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of meat and seafood products and preparation methods.
