About The Position
Flooring Estimators (Measure Technicians) are wanted now! If you are talented in flooring and customer service, this is an opportunity to travel and meet new people, help them meet their flooring needs, and be your own boss. This is a 1099 contract position. We are looking for talented sub-contractors to measure flooring installations in your area that can start ASAP. We will provide job assignments, a tablet to use (with training - two weeks of training), and you will be paid per measure and weekly.
Requirements
- Active listening skills.
- Friendly, customer-oriented, and professional demeanor.
- Math proficiency.
- Attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone (not a flip phone) and basic computer/tablet skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Availability to visit customers in their homes Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with evenings and weekends availability.
Nice To Haves
- Construction experience preferred.
- Flooring knowledge is a bonus.
