About the position

This remote position involves managing the demand and supply for Pre-Clinical and Phase I Clinical Programs, requiring strong project management skills and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse logistics and inventory planning, particularly with SAP systems. The role includes coordinating with external warehouses, developing logistics strategies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee planning activities with external warehouse to align with supply chain strategies.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies for efficient goods flow from suppliers to customers.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock while meeting demand.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and prepare reports for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms for pricing and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, mitigating potential risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or logistics preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in planning, manufacturing, and global distribution of medicinal products.
• 2+ years of organizational or program management experience.
• 3+ years of supply chain management experience using SAP, particularly in logistics and supply planning.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
• APICS CPIM/CIRM certification.

Benefits
