Math Interventionist

About the position

Branford Public Schools is seeking a Math Interventionist for the 2025 - 2026 school year. The position involves evaluating student achievement and assisting with the design and implementation of scientific, research-based interventions in mathematics. The Math Interventionist will collaborate with teachers regarding student performance concerns and monitor the progress of students with RTI Plans, sharing updates with appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years successful classroom teaching experience.
• Deep knowledge and experience in research-based instructional strategies.
• Deep knowledge and experience in research-based interventions.
• Deep knowledge and experience in progress monitoring.
• Deep knowledge and experience in assessment-driven instruction.
