Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal)
• Average math skills
• Forklift experience required (must be able to pass forklift licensing)
• Ability to meet DOT requirements to operate motorized vehicles
• Comfort with physical work: lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking, and using warehouse equipment
• Ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and safety in a busy environment

Responsibilities

• Operating a forklift and pallet jack to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Using an RF gun to track, scan, and update inventory
• Performing weekly cycle counts and keeping accurate records of materials, quantities, and locations
• Staging materials for production and returning unused materials to maintain inventory integrity
• Loading trucks, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials are safely packaged
• Assisting with warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and production support
• Communicating with production teams, following safety procedures, and supporting continuous improvement
• Helping train others in warehouse processes and RF equipment
