The position also includes daily 5S and cleaning activities. Quality assurance responsibilities involve ensuring product and paperwork accuracy, performing inspections, and verifying documentation. Customer service aspects include maintaining short lead times, handling special requests, supporting sales and On-Time Delivery (OTD) objectives, and meeting customer requirements for expedited shipments while maintaining quality. Communication responsibilities involve interacting with other functional groups, maintaining a positive attitude, communicating professionally, and fostering teamwork.
