Responsibilities
- Provide heating and cooling solutions to residential and commercial customers.
- Ensure compliance with Danco company standards in service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Invest in basic tools necessary for the job.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC residential service experience.
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical school.
- NATE Certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year of employment.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Nice-to-haves
