About the position
Woodhouse Spa, voted Woodbury's best day spa by Woodbury Magazine in 2024, is seeking both Full Time and Part Time Massage Therapists for our Woodbury location. As a member of Minnesota's most luxurious day spa, you will join a team dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. Our massage therapists are wellness warriors, serving guests with intentional touch and guided relaxation and recovery. In this role, you will perform exceptional massages and body treatments following our award-winning protocols. You will fully prepare each treatment based on our established criteria and educate guests on the benefits of the services performed, recommending products for home use. Additionally, you will promote our other great services and provide enhancement treatments. It is essential that you maintain a current massage license and provide consistent, stellar treatments while upholding the Woodhouse brand standards in all treatment areas. Responsibilities
- Perform exceptional massages and body treatments following award-winning protocols.
- Fully prepare each treatment based on established criteria.
- Educate guests on the benefits of the services performed and recommend products for home use.
- Promote additional services and provide enhancement treatments.
- Maintain a current massage license and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Provide consistent and stellar treatments to all guests.
- Uphold the Woodhouse brand standards in all treatment areas.
Requirements
- Must possess a current and valid Massage Therapy License.
- Ability to secure a Woodbury city massage license if not already obtained.
- Experience in performing a variety of massage techniques and body treatments.
- Strong communication skills to educate guests and promote services.
