Responsibilities

• Engage in professional development and training related to Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
• Utilize online counseling platforms as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Licensure as a counselor in the state of Ohio or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience in couples counseling or willingness to engage in training.
• Enrollment in a CACREP Masters program and availability for internship site.
• Knowledge of research-driven interventions and therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong empathy and ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients.
• Ability to develop treatment plans and set goals with clients.
