About the position

Under supervision of the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator works to support and lead the marketing efforts of all brands at the ICEE company. In this role, you will serve as a collaborative partner with members of the Marketing Department. This position requires a mix of creativity and business insight to support a dynamic and growing team. Works very closely with sales team and with departments across entire organization to ensure we are delivering maximum value to customers and ensuring sales growth. Responsibilities

  • Manages the Annual Trade Show, including project planning, execution, budget, and coordination of all National, Customer, and other Trade Events.
  • Travels to work Trade Shows as needed.
  • Develops and plans all Trade show materials - booth, backdrops, banners, and apparel for sales team.
  • Works with the ICEE home office team and sales to plan and implement ICEE customer visits and lab tours.
  • Oversees the ICEE Points Consumer Loyalty Rewards Programs.
  • Assists the purchasing dept to source and validate new premium items, gifts, swag, and giveaways.
  • Assists in the development of Customer Presentations and PowerPoint templates.
  • Works with the purchasing team to ensure point of sale and all POS ordered are up to date.
  • Updates the ICEE Marketing intranet site with documents for sales team.
  • Assists with development of sell-sheets and presentations.
  • Collaborates with team on annual planning process.
  • Works daily with the sales team to support key initiatives, new product launches, and annual plans.
  • Spends time in market to study consumer behavior, trends, and product performance.
  • Supports marketing department as needed with administrative and daily tasks.
  • Assists with event planning and supports ICEE home office events, sales meetings, and other national or local sponsored Events. Works these events as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Prior communications, marketing/sales experience preferred.
  • Advanced Computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Adaptability to change and new opportunities and ideas.
