About the position

The Marketing Specialist at Taymax Group, a Planet Fitness franchisee, plays a crucial role in executing the company's multi-million-dollar annual marketing budget. This position involves supporting marketing initiatives across 164 Planet Fitness clubs in the US and Canada, assisting with new club openings, and collaborating with various internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities

• Manage production schedule to track deliverables for all marketing initiatives across existing and new clubs
• Own email marketing strategy and develop and execute email calendar
• Manage content on individual club web pages, including offers, photos, and videos
• Act as go-to resource for field team and vendors during new club openings
• Develop and communicate monthly marketing programs to field representatives
• Coordinate with franchisor to ensure creative guidelines are met for all marketing material
• Evaluate community-based marketing events and partner with club management to execute
• Coordinate in-club promotions and events, like grand opening celebrations or club contests
• Proofread all marketing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of relevant marketing or advertising experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate with management internally and externally to meet deliverables
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail
