About the position

The Marketing Project Manager will oversee a variety of marketing projects, both large and small, focusing on subscription and single ticket sales. This role involves collaboration with various departments to execute the marketing plan across multiple channels, ensuring effective communication and project management throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the marketing plan for subscription and single ticket sales across all traditional marketing channels.
  • Manage the Season Launch and Subscription Campaign across all channels including direct mail, web, email, and socials.
  • Maintain strategy across all channels in collaboration with various marketing managers and coordinators.
  • Assist in managing the web testing process.
  • Manage direct mail campaigns aimed at patron retention goals.
  • Oversee outbound telemarketing sales campaigns and vendor relationships to support subscription sales and audience retention.
  • Coordinate traditional marketing assets and contribute to writing and editing marketing copy.
  • Report on projects in collaboration with the Director of Research & Analytics and Senior Marketing Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in arts marketing or with a performing arts organization is preferred.
  • Experience working cross-departmentally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and meet firm deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, and project management tools such as Asana and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Database experience, especially with Tessitura.
