About The Position

The Marketing Operations Intern will support the marketing operations function by assisting with Salesforce data hygiene, reporting support, and documentation of marketing processes. This role provides hands-on exposure to B2B marketing systems, analytics, and operational workflows while helping ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visibility across marketing activities.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) through coursework, projects, or internships
Comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong interest in marketing analytics, systems, or operations
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow defined processes and documentation standards
Clear written and verbal communication
Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and tools.

Nice To Haves

Coursework or hands-on experience with reporting or data analysis is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with Salesforce data entry, cleanup, validation, and basic record maintenance
Support the preparation, updating, and distribution of marketing reports and dashboards
Help document marketing processes, workflows, and reporting definitions
Assist with campaign tracking, tagging, and performance reporting
Support quality assurance checks for leads, contacts, and campaign records
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting inputs
Support with project management based on internal requests
Other duties as assigned
Assist with ad hoc data analysis or special reporting projects
Support internal audits of marketing data and reporting processes
Shadow marketing operations initiatives to gain exposure to broader systems and workflows
Other duties as assigned
