About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at Canopy will be instrumental in enhancing the company's Marketing Automation and MarTech strategy. This role involves close collaboration with Marketing and Sales Operations to support various campaigns and email marketing activities, develop processes and automation, improve data hygiene, and analyze performance data. The position is execution-focused, requiring creative problem-solving and strong cross-functional skills to transform concepts into effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple teams across marketing and RevOps to build reports.
  • Maintain marketing automation, reporting, analytics, marketing attribution, database strategy, and audience segmentation.
  • Build campaign operations such as promotions, events, and webinars in Hubspot, Salesforce, and other platforms.
  • Manage lead list imports and post-event operations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for campaign operations and lead management.
  • Manage urgent requests and coordinate their execution or fulfillment.
  • Contribute knowledge and execution to marketing operations projects.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack, including Hubspot.
  • Oversee the lead funnel process and provide recommendations for enhancements, ensuring integration with Salesforce.com.
  • Coordinate with the Creative and Development teams to maintain and iterate the website and other web properties.
  • Identify opportunities for measuring and tracking outcomes for the marketing team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience using a marketing automation platform.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce.com and Hubspot, specifically in building reports and dashboards.
  • Experience in managing technical aspects of marketing processes and systems for lead generation and reporting.
  • Ability to drive website development and functionality improvements.
  • Experience integrating key technologies into the marketing tech stack.
  • Guidance in the software purchase process for marketing tools to ensure compatibility with existing systems.
  • Passion for technology and early-stage startups, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional skills and ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Attention to detail with a passion for automation, process, data, and analytics.
