Requirements

  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Marketing Manager
  • Contribute to title-specific marketing campaigns as assigned
  • Coordinate seasonal account marketing and mailings
  • Update seasonal marketing materials, including sell sheets and brochures
  • Organize advance copy mailings, coordinating with authors and across departments to distribute books ahead of their on-sale date
  • Perform administrative duties, including answering and routing incoming phone calls, taking messages, and providing information
  • Greet and assist all visitors
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist employees with Pitney Bowes for outgoing mailing needs
  • Coordinate gifting portal orders (including library orders) to order books, receive, and distribute
  • Monitor and order supplies (office, mailing, kitchen, bathroom, etc.)
  • Check copiers/faxes daily and check for errors, replenish paper
  • Coordinate office maintenance, including working with MASS MoCA on plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevators, and general maintenance
  • Coordinate in-house events (lunches, meetings, celebrations); help as requested on company-wide events
  • Maintain conference rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms and work with MASS MoCA cleaning services to ensure that they have all necessary supplies (hand soap, garbage bags, etc.)
