About the position

The Marketing Manager at Minto Group is responsible for overseeing and enhancing marketing strategies and materials to support the sales team and promote community events. This role involves managing various marketing channels, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring the accuracy of marketing content across platforms. The position aims to strengthen the company's brand presence and drive engagement through innovative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain marketing materials, including the website and brochure inserts.
  • Conduct monthly community visits to evaluate signage and support the sales team.
  • Lead monthly community calls with marketing updates and campaign schedules.
  • Manage website updates with an outside agency to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with social media partner Chatterbuzz for monthly content approval.
  • Provide assets for social media posts on various platforms.
  • Manage YouTube channels for MintoUSA and Latitude Margaritaville.
  • Create on-site media content and work with videographers for community events.
  • Track and reconcile marketing invoices against the budget.
  • Assist in coordinating community and offsite events, including sponsorships.
  • Create and ensure accuracy of marketing and advertising materials.
  • Coordinate the ordering of marketing collateral and promotional items.
  • Implement marketing strategies for company-wide projects.
  • Organize marketing materials in storage facilities and maintain inventory.
  • Support sales team with marketing collateral and updates interactive systems.

Requirements

  • College Degree in Marketing or Related Field
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience in New Home Construction is highly desired.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Adobe, Photoshop and Canva.
  • Experience working in both a CMS and CRM platform.
  • Multitasking and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-oriented.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Good communication, written, verbal skills and listening skills.
  • Proven analytical, research and report writing skills.
