Family Entertainment Group (FEG), is a recognized industry leader in designing, developing, and operating world-class family entertainment centers and amusement experiences. With a commitment to innovation and guest satisfaction, FEG partners with top brands and venues to create memorable experiences for families and guests of all ages. The Company provides turnkey outsourced facility management and arcade operations services for resorts, hotels, casinos, and amusement parks. Additionally, the Company owns and operates standalone family entertainment centers under the In The Game, Max Action, and Bonkers brands. The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S. Position Summary The Marketing Manager supports the execution of marketing initiatives that drive guest engagement, revenue growth, and partner success across FEG-managed locations. This role works cross-functionally with commercial, operations, analytics, and resort partners to implement campaigns, promotions, pricing tests, and new concept launches. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, data-informed, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and marketing dashboards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in entertainment, hospitality, attractions, gaming, or experiential brands preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), email/automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), GA4, and paid social/search platforms preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience executing revenue-driven marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns that increase arcade participation, recharge behavior, and overall revenue.
  • Support implementation of new initiatives, pilots, pricing tests, and promotional programs.
  • Coordinate with commercial, operations, and analytics teams to align marketing activities with performance goals.
  • Assist with cross-promotion and package integration efforts alongside resort and destination marketing teams.
  • Manage digital marketing execution, including email campaigns, paid media coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI and guest engagement.
  • Coordinate creative development with internal designers and external vendors.
  • Assist in preparing partner-facing presentations and marketing reports.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform marketing initiatives.
