About the position

Hebbia is seeking its founding marketing hire, a B2B Growth Marketer to lead our marketing efforts and drive demand generation in a targeted set of accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing tailored ABM strategies, collaborating closely with sales teams to accelerate pipeline growth, and refining our product messaging to ensure alignment with customer needs. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in ABM and B2B SaaS marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to generate demand within a targeted set of accounts, focusing on one-to-many, one-to-few, and one-to-one campaigns
  • Use traditional and non-traditional demand generation approaches to generate pipeline and brand awareness
  • Own development and standardization of GTM collateral (one pagers, slide decks, and blog posts)
  • Execute strategies such as: paid marketing, social media, email marketing, webinars, conferences, content marketing
  • Develop and execute ABM campaigns to create and accelerate pipeline in our core ICP accounts
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including leadership, AEs, ADRs, Engagement, Rev Ops, and product

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally working at a startup
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ABM and demand generation
  • Experience with B2B marketing SaaS tools such as marketing automation (Hubspot/Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense), and others
  • Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, leveraging innovative marketing tactics and unconventional approaches to drive ABM success and demand generation in competitive B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles and experience in refining product messaging and value propositions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and external partners
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in-person 5 days a week
