About the position

The Marketing Generalist at Ansay & Associates plays a crucial role in supporting the brand strategy through various marketing initiatives. This position involves content creation, project management, and coordination across both digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing programs to promote the brand as directed by the Director of Brand Marketing.
• Maintain brand consistency across trademarks, logos, and publications.
• Support marketing plans that align with the brand strategy and agency-wide strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors for branded items.
• Manage inbound marketing programs for lead generation.
• Assist in web content updates on Ansay.com and report on analytics to improve user experience.
• Manage targeted email campaigns and fulfill requests from the marketing inbox (e.g., POS sheets, ads).
• Develop and implement social media plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage sponsorship initiatives.
• Create presentations and corporate communications as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in content and social media marketing.
• Strong writing and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Analytical and data-focused mindset.
• Proficient in marketing and social media tools (e.g., Adobe CC, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
• Skilled in graphic design fundamentals and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
