About The Position

Provides midlevel analytical, marketing, and design modeling support to enhance organizational communication, branding, and strategic messaging. Develops visual concepts, marketing materials, and analytical models that support mission objectives and stakeholder engagement. Applies management analysis skills to evaluate communication effectiveness, streamline design workflows, and support data driven marketing strategies. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • 3–10 years of relevant experience in marketing, design modeling, communications, or management analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to create visually compelling designs, models, and communication products.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DoD, federal agencies, or large organizational communication programs.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, audience segmentation, and communication strategy.
  • Experience preparing leadership briefings, visual models, and campaign materials.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing concepts, visual designs, and communication products aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create models, mockups, and design frameworks to support branding, messaging, and campaign planning.
  • Analyze marketing data, audience trends, and communication performance to inform design and content decisions.
  • Support development of marketing strategies, internal communication plans, and outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate with leadership, program managers, and technical teams to ensure design consistency and message accuracy.
  • Maintain design libraries, templates, and workflow documentation to support efficient production.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and visual materials for leadership and stakeholder presentations.
  • Ensure all marketing and design products comply with security, clearance, and information handling requirements.
