About the position
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing, communications, and community initiatives within a team setting. This role requires strong project management skills and familiarity with social media tools and applications, as well as the ability to manage various marketing functions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Updating the website and monitoring/providing content for the intranet and social media channels
- Coordinating signage program and tracking design projects with the design agency
- Updating digital platforms and organizing/maintaining the digital asset library
- Supporting marketing and communications functions
- Working with the firm's PR agency to coordinate PR-related activities, including the development of press materials and monitoring media inquiries
- Supporting community and public affairs initiatives
Requirements
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of social media tools and applications
- Experience with web development/management platforms
- Hands-on experience managing content management systems
- Excellent communication skills for interactions with the public, media, colleagues, and all levels of management
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and in a team environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
