The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives across various channels. This role includes sales support for both internal and external teams, content management for the website, asset creation and organization, as well as overseeing third-party fulfillment vendors. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to both domestic and international sales teams, customers, and distributors.
  • Assist with creating sales tools, presentations, and promotional materials for brokers, team meetings, and customer interactions.
  • Develop and manage marketing assets, including Point of Sale (POS) materials, product brochures, and digital assets for use in promotions and sales presentations.
  • Assist in the creation of monthly newsletters, promotional campaigns, and other communications to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the management of the Sales and Marketing Department's annual budget.
  • Process invoices and track expenditures in the CRM system to ensure budget alignment.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing tradeshow events, including logistics, booth design, and promotional materials.
  • Provide project management assistance for the Go-To-Market (GTM) segment, including coordinating weekly meetings, preparing business cases, tracking progress on action items, and ensuring timely follow-up and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, with a preference for B2B marketing.
  • Graphic design experience - intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external vendors, and customers.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in marketing materials, communications, and budget tracking.

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Creatio)
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
