About The Position

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator who is a driven, resourceful, self-starter ready to make a high impact on our growing team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll work across a range of marketing initiatives — from keeping projects on track to jumping into ad hoc creative and strategic work. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and is excited to learn a technically fascinating industry, we’d love to learn from you.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a demonstrated interest in marketing
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you don't need to be a technical writer, but you should be comfortable working with complex subject matter and asking good questions.
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach to work; comfortable rolling up your sleeves and helping wherever needed.
  • Must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Notion preferred).
  • Interest in aerospace, defense, deep tech, or industrial software.
  • Experience supporting social media or content marketing in a B2B context.
  • Background or coursework in marketing, communications, or business.
  • Previous experience at a startup or in a fast-moving team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the marketing content calendar, tracking deadlines, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and keeping campaigns and deliverables on schedule.
  • Help repurpose core content into social posts, blog updates, and other marketing assets.
  • Support the management of Revel's corporate social media channels and help build our audience over time.
  • Act as a connective thread between marketing leadership, designers, product teams, and engineers — facilitating communication, tracking action items, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Develop a working understanding of Revel's technical domain to support briefings, competitive research, and content accuracy.
  • Serve as a versatile contributor across the marketing function — helping with content distribution, event logistics, conference coordination, and whatever the team needs most.

Benefits

  • Work on groundbreaking technology that directly impacts critical infrastructure and high-stakes industries with strong early traction.
  • Establish our brand's early identity by acting as a versatile, high-impact contributor across the marketing function.
  • The opportunity to work alongside some of the sharpest engineers in the industry.
