About The Position

You will be a key member of the GCX Marketing Team and work with various members of the GCX commercial team to support the development of marketing material for product launches, campaign strategy, and event planning and coordination. This role will contribute to strategic events planning and coordination, promotional campaign development, and support with virtual customer product demonstrations. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, motivated to grow within the organization, thrives in an environment of creativity and accountability, and can perform at a high level across a wide array of assignments. This role reports to the Marketing Communications Manager.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Requires 0–3 years of marketing experience (internships considered)
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work proactively and be self-motivated
  • Fast learning capabilities with the intent of working independently on tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience in biotech, pharma, med tech, or health tech/digital health IT is preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot and WordPress is a plus
  • Agile, creative thinker with the ability to flex between multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and approve marketing collateral, including print and digital assets: product sheets, presentations, website content, social media artwork, videos, and more
  • Support planning and coordinating GCX’s presence at industry events (i.e., tradeshows) and internal meetings, including logistics, booth preparation, pre- and post-event follow-up, and lead management
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing analytics dashboards
  • Work collaboratively to manage lead funnel, website updates and layout, product pages, and ensure content and brand accuracy across all GCX channels
  • Work closely with the product management team on cross-functional product development projects and support with creative assets
  • Manage the advertising and promotion (AdProm) content approval process
  • Contribute to the strategy and execution of social media content and engagement management
  • Handling content calendars (social media, email, etc.) and assisting in the design and creation of visual content using tools such as Canva
  • Support virtual product demonstrations for prospective customers
