About The Position

As a Marketing Coordinator at Walker Partners, you will support a wide range of marketing, recruiting, and employee engagement activities across digital content, branding, and event coordination. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who can develop creative concepts while also effectively organizing and executing successful marketing campaigns. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys variety, can manage multiple projects, and is willing to take on a role that will evolve with the needs of a growing firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, communications, or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience creating graphics and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, or similar design software
  • Experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools
  • Photography, videography, and/or basic video editing experience is a plus
  • Ability to write engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a content editorial calendar across digital platforms
  • Create and coordinate digital content for social media, recruiting, employee engagement, and company communications
  • Capture, track, and report social media analytics and engagement metrics
  • Support marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, newsletters, outreach efforts, and event coordination
  • Assist with recruiting initiatives including career fairs, recruiting materials, digital outreach, and promotional items
  • Support employee engagement programs including internal events, employee recognition initiatives, branded merchandise, and culture-focused content
  • Organize and maintain the company's image and graphics library
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing and communication activities as needed
