About The Position

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in the Lincoln Office! This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns across various channels, supporting media buying and digital advertising, managing co-op and budget administration, and ensuring smooth marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong project coordination skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing, advertising coordination, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, and vendors in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads preferred
  • Experience with marketing budgets, invoicing, co-op programs, or vendor management is a plus
  • Agriculture industry background/experience preferred (equipment, OEM, dealership, or ag B2B)
  • familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, radio, events, and in-store channels
  • Assist with campaign scheduling, timelines, deliverables, and launch coordination
  • Help ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule across all platforms
  • Coordinate marketing requests from departments and store locations through established workflows and approval processes
  • Assist with setup, trafficking, monitoring, and organization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and display advertising
  • Coordinate with external media and advertising vendors on campaign execution, deadlines, and asset delivery
  • Support radio, print, outdoor, and sponsorship scheduling and placement
  • Maintain campaign tracking documents and assist with performance reporting
  • Assist with John Deere co-op advertising submission, documentation, compliance, and reimbursement processes
  • Ensure marketing materials align with John Deere brand and co-op guidelines
  • Track marketing invoices, purchase orders, budgets, and vendor billing documentation
  • Maintain organized records of campaigns, vendor contracts, and advertising expenses
  • Manage campaign calendars, marketing timelines, and project tracking systems
  • Coordinate approvals and communication between marketing, sales, aftermarket, HR, and leadership teams
  • Organize and maintain marketing asset libraries, advertising records, and campaign documentation
  • Assist with event logistics, promotional item ordering, and vendor coordination
  • Conduct final checks on marketing materials for accuracy, links, dates, disclaimers, and campaign details before launch
  • Assist with compiling campaign results, analytics, and monthly reporting
  • Help maintain consistency across marketing communications and promotional efforts
