About The Position

Veros is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Communications Specialist who combines creative vision with strong technical and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is an adaptable team player, eager to make a tangible impact in the dynamic realms of marketing, communications, and sales. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our dynamic marketing team and cross-functional groups to support all brands under Veros Software. This role requires in-office attendance at Veros’ headquarters office in Santa Ana, California. Your contributions will be instrumental across a diverse spectrum of initiatives, including marketing communications, event coordination, operational support, and brand management. Additionally, you will play a key role in performance reporting and data management, delivering actionable insights that propel our strategic initiatives to new heights.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a required background in content creation, project management, and end-to-end video production and editing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience), displaying a commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficiency in Riverside, HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, and major social media platforms.
  • Adaptable and committed to quickly mastering new technologies.
  • Demonstrates impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with an unwavering dedication to quality and precision.
  • Ability to translate complex B2B financial technology, Saas, and property valuation concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand marketing content.
  • Enthusiastic, agile, and highly organized.
  • Expert at multitasking and juggling diverse projects under tight deadlines within a collaborative environment.
  • Brings a strong understanding of marketing principles and a keen awareness of industry trends.
  • Driven by a genuine passion for marketing and a desire to excel in the field's best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and engagement across digital platforms by overseeing strategy, content creation, execution, and optimization.
  • Manage the end-to-end production of compelling marketing content for a wide array of mediums, including blogs, articles, and collateral.
  • Develop and refine sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies, to support the sales team's efforts.
  • Lead the planning, production, and editing of videos, webcasts, podcasts, and webinars from start to finish.
  • Assist with marketing design projects, website updates, email campaigns, and event collateral.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, giveaways, and events for both industry conferences and internal gatherings.
  • Provide logistical support for and attend annual or mid-year town hall in California.
  • Pull and analyze marketing performance metrics for managed media platforms, using data to optimize performance and inform future planning.
  • Conduct ongoing research as needed to support task deliverables and stay abreast of competitive and industry shifts.
  • Execute other duties and provide support for miscellaneous marketing projects as assigned.
  • Document best-practice processes for the marketing department and other teams.
