About the position
As a Marketing and Sales Manager at Serenity Wellness & Weight Loss, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding the company's online presence while engaging with potential clients to drive sales. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the brand's message and convert leads into satisfied clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote services and increase brand visibility.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to create graphics, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Proactively follow up on all leads from social media, email inquiries, and phone calls.
- Conduct consultations with potential clients to explain our services and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Brainstorm and implement new ways to attract and engage clients.
- Represent Serenity Wellness & Weight Loss at local events or expos when needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and wellness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing and sales (experience in wellness, medical, or fitness industries is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools, including content creation and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with clients and confidently explain the benefits of services.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a bonus.
