The Marketing Analyst position at Alleviate Tax involves analyzing marketing data to provide actionable insights that drive business performance. Responsibilities

  • Create and present reports ad-hoc to the executive team.
  • Adjust formulas and data visualizations on the fly.
  • Proactively ask questions and challenge the team to think of the data and report differently.
  • Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, focusing on business performance and areas needing improvement.
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
  • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate methods and tools for optimal scalability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts for flexible data evaluation.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient with mid-level to advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and creating charts and tables.
  • Some hands-on experience with either PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High-energy personality and a willingness to go the distance to get the job done.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SQL for at least 1 year.
  • Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning technologies.
