Six years ago, we partnered with our famous pizza collaborators, Gino's East, to offer the ultimate Chicago experience where guests can enjoy fantastic shows, delicious food, and drinks. Currently, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us continue to grow our brand and reach. As an Administrative Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials such as flyers and Eventbrite events, and coordinating marketing initiatives including promotions and events. You will manage event listings on both internal and third-party platforms, create marketing materials for events ranging from videos to flyer-style graphics for various platforms like social media and YouTube, design and send out email newsletters, and monitor and work to continually improve SEO across all digital platforms. This position is part-time, with expected hours ranging from 20 to 25 per week, and offers a hybrid work environment.
