About The Position
Feldmeier Equipment is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Training & Development Specialist to lead training strategy across our manufacturing operations. This exempt role partners closely with Operations, Safety, Quality, and HR to design and implement training programs that improve performance, safety, and employee development.
Requirements
- Manufacturing training experience
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Training & development or instructional design background
- Ability to lead programs independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing training program design and implementation
- Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement training
- New hire onboarding and skills development
- OSHA and safety training alignment
- Training needs analysis and curriculum development
- Workforce development and cross-training initiatives
- Manufacturing compliance and audit support
