Manufacturing Planner Manager

About the position

You will be the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) Close Combat Systems (CCS) Lead, responsible for direction and guidance for the program PP&C directly supporting programs under the CCS umbrella. As the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) Close Combat Systems (CCS) Lead, you will be responsible for direct support to program management and production operations leadership in communicating plans and impact analysis. You will lead a team of program planners who coordinate efforts for both purchase parts and internal make parts across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing
• Leadership experience
• High level of understanding of MRP and risk mitigation techniques for material availability
• Experience flowing communication down and presenting up

Nice-to-haves

• Previous production planning experience within SAP ERP
• APICS CPIM
• LM experience
• Tactical Missile Program Experience
• MBA or Masters in Operations Management
