About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance our supply chain processes, ensuring the efficient delivery of products to our Data Center customers. The ideal candidate has experience in operations management, with a strong focus on supply chain logistics and program delivery. You will work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and optimize our processes, improving customer satisfaction and overall business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong emphasis on supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

• Work closely with various teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products.
• Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.
