Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor. This position reports into the Maintenance Manager and is based at Fort Washington. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and strategies to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and systems.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses to inform budget planning and resource allocation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and procedures.
- Plan and oversee the reconfiguration, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery, building, structures and other facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6-8 years of experience in maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing maintenance budgets and cost controls.

- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
