OXOS is searching for a detailed-oriented and quality-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our high-growth company. You will join a dynamic team of passionate people who work daily to change how radiographic diagnostics are delivered. OXOS’ mission is to increase access and availability using the world’s first portable Dynamic Digital Radiography devices.

  • Manages equipment and materials to ensure that production timelines are met.
  • Revises and creates comprehensive work instructions to demonstrate the assembly and test requirements of the device.
  • Designs and builds troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair procedures to minimize service time and increase quality.
  • Implements root cause and process improvement to improve production processes.
  • Works with Engineering to improve device design in accordance with Root Cause Analysis findings.
  • Actively sets up new production lines.
  • Develops and executes process validations and equipment qualifications.
  • Collaborates with the engineering team to improve line layout and workflow, ensuring that it is efficient and optimized for quality and throughput.
  • Monitors performance to guarantee adherence to OXOS’ quality system and quality metrics.
  • Actively manages Cost-Down Process to increase OXOS margins.
  • Performs root cause analysis to prevent future issues and enhance the product's reliability and longevity.
  • Interfaces with the OXOS Quality Team to manage any ISO 13485 process or issues as they arise.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 3-7 years (or more) experience in Manufacturing.
  • Advanced background in quality control.
  • Advanced experience in root cause analysis and production and process controls within Med Device or other highly regulated industry.
