Will be responsible for supporting Actuarial Leadership. Managing Actuaries typically manage one or more direct reports and are responsible for their team’s work, reviews, and development, as well as being responsible for producing their own work. Managing Actuaries participate in the Actuarial Rotation program which provides the opportunity to rotate to a different team every 3-4 years. Rotations can be internal (core Actuarial, such as Commercial/Medicare pricing and reserves) or external (non-Actuarial teams with Actuarial-related work, such as Segment, Value-Based Provider Analytics, Financial Performance and Analysis, Pharmacy Analytics, etc.). Support pricing, trend analytics, gross margin reporting, and financial reporting related to ACA, Medicare, Group, Reserves, Segment, and other teams. Actuarial representation on cross-functional workgroups as an active participant.
